Note : An exceptional command of both French and English, spoken and written, is essential. You will be responsible for handling relations with clients who speak only French or English.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to customers and respond to their requests efficiently.

Ensure the scheduling and coordination of service calls, guaranteeing a quick and flawless response.

Optimize technician distribution based on customer proximity to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Perform proactive follow-up with technicians to ensure maintenance tasks are completed within the set deadlines.

Continuously improve appointment schedules and technician routes to maximize efficiency.

Accurately forecast daily and weekly workload to ensure effective planning and resource allocation.

Qualifications

Bilingual (French / English) with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Self-reliant, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.

Strong customer orientation, professional ethics, and team spirit.

Knowledge of geography or map-reading skills.

Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
