Shift Available : Continental night shift. Week 1 : Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday. Week 2 : Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Pay Rate : $42.85 / hr

Sign-on Bonus : $3,000

License Required : Must hold an Ontario or Inter-Provincial 433A Millwright Certificate

Anticipated Start Date : As soon as possible

About the Role

As a Maintenance Millwright at Cargill, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mechanical and electrical equipment through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, technical expertise, and the ability to work in a dynamic beef processing environment.

What You Need

• Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada and at least 18 years old
• Ontario or Inter-Provincial 433A Millwright Certificate required by Skilled Trades Ontario or Red Seal Certification
• Full License with 8,000 Apprenticeship hours completed
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a licensed Mechanic Millwright in a manufacturing / production environment
• Ability to perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs)
• English reading and writing skills
• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above) and work in confined spaces
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and in varied environmental conditions such as but not limited to dust, noise, hot and cold
