Position Overview : The Clinical Research Lab Technician will support day-to-day laboratory operations within active clinical trials, ensuring accurate sample processing, meticulous documentation, and adherence to all regulatory standards.

This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced research environment and are committed to high-quality laboratory practice.

Key Responsibilities : Collect, receive, label, and process biological specimens according to study protocols (e.g., blood, urine, saliva).

Perform routine laboratory assays and analyses under supervision (e.g., centrifugation, aliquoting, ELISA setups, basic molecular or biochemical techniques depending on study needs).

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in laboratory logs, study worksheets, and electronic data capture systems.

Ensure all lab equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning according to SOPs.

Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), and all institutional and regulatory requirements.

Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking reagent usage.

Collaborate closely with clinical coordinators, research nurses, and investigators to ensure seamless study operations.

Support quality control activities and participate in audits when required.

Qualifications : Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or related field.

Previous experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting preferred.

Strong understanding of laboratory safety practices and specimen handling.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to follow complex instructions, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficiency with basic lab equipment and computer systems.
