Construction Estimator

Our client, a general contractor working in environmental, civil engineering and construction sectors, is looking for a Construction Estimator.

• Analyze plans and specifications and determine quantities;
• Research prices, invite subcontractors to bid, compare offers, and discuss with suppliers;
• Estimate total cost of materials, labour and equipment;
• Advise on tender requirements, risks, and constraints;
• Support project managers during start-up and budget adjustments;
• Verify bid compliance with BSDQ rules and procedures.

Requirements:

• DEC or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering;
• 3 to 5 years of site experience in construction project management;
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project;
• French, English (technical documentation).
