Retail Technology NSO

Overview

Retail Technology NSO role at Compugen Inc. The contractor will provide on-site IT support, including equipment setup, testing, and troubleshooting. They’ll also participate in store design meetings, assist with technical planning, and help stage equipment at large depot sites. Familiarity with Intune and retail tech environments is ideal.

Worksite : On-site (Calgary, AB / Richmond, BC)

Contract Duration : 1 year with potential for permanent conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for new retail store openings across Canada
• Set up and test receipt printers, terminals, and networking equipment
• Participate in store design meetings and assist with technical planning
• Stage equipment at large depot sites; Intune is used for device management
• Travel to deployment locations near major airports
• Support 19 store openings in 2026 and up to 60 in 2027
