POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, the Senior Accountant leads and oversees FH Canada’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and transparent stewardship of donor funds. This role provides timely financial insight to senior leadership and the Board to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth.

This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) offers a flexible work schedule, combining the convenience of home-based work with the collaboration of in-office time. We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000, along with a full suite of additional benefits, including 100% employer-paid medical and dental coverage, RRSP matching, and ample paid time off to support a healthy work-life balance.
