Manager, AI Commerce Strategy (Amazon Rufus) – Mississauga, ON, CA or Stamford, CT, USA

The Manager, AI Commerce Strategy (Amazon Rufus) will own strategy and execution to maximize visibility, accuracy, and conversion for Philips brands in Amazon’s AI shopping experiences (Rufus) across the US and Canada. This role builds an operating system across PDP content, A+ (retail vendor modules), Q&A, reviews, and bilingual readiness, with strong governance for regulated / safety-adjacent categories.

Your role :

Rufus Strategy & Insights

• Build a quarterly Rufus roadmap for Philips brands, grounded in shopper questions and category missions. This includes creating and maintaining the Rufus Prompt Bank and a taxonomy of shopper intents
• Own the end-to-end Rufus operating system with internal stakeholder alignment, including prioritization & decisions across Business Units, brands, and ASIN tiers.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Mississauga, ON is $77,000 to 121,000 CAD and Stamford, CT is $109,000 to $174,000 USD. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

Canada : In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, DC Pension, Flex Dollars (for HSA / PSA / RRSP), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. United States : In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
