Farm Supervisor

Canadian Farms Produce Inc. has 4 vacancies for the position of a Farm Supervisor at a fast-paced environment.

Terms of Employment are:

• Permanent, full time willing to work overtime, weekend, day, night or evening shifts.
• The company offers a wage rate of $25/hour with an opportunity to earn incremental pay raises, performance pay and bonuses (not guaranteed) upon performance evaluation at the discretion of the employer.
• High School Education is an asset.
• Basic English is preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of experience in the supervision role is an asset.

Job duties include:

• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Supervise harvest operations
• Perform general farm duties
• Supervise farm operations
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Train workers
• Candidate must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must be willing to work on all shifts.
