JOB STATEMENT : The Order Management Associate is a member of the Order Management Team and is primarily responsible for answering incoming phone calls and distributing them to the appropriate department.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES :

• Answer incoming calls; greet callers, provide information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary
• Greet visitors entering Instrumart, determine nature and purpose of visit, notify appropriate Instrumart contact
• Review and distribute all incoming Sales emails
• Order tracking / shipment status updates

LOCATION : This position is located in South Burlington, Vermont

WORK ATMOSPHERE : The Order Management Associate works in a typical office environment, with a clean setting and climate-controlled temperature. The office has significant exposure to natural light. Substantial time spent at a desk, sitting, and doing repetitive motions through computer work.
