Bruce Nissan is seeking a Service & Warranty Specialist to join our growing team and be a key player in delivering top-tier experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

Act as the main point of contact for Service customers—providing clear communication, seamless scheduling, and an exceptional experience

Accurately open, update, and close repair orders with attention to detail

Handle warranty submissions from start to finish—ensuring claims are prepared, documented, and processed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines

Collaborate with Technicians and Management to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Support the Service team with administrative tasks and workflow coordination

Maintain a high level of professionalism and guest satisfaction in every interaction

What You Bring

Experience in Automotive Service, Warranty Administration, or a related role (Bringing 5+ years of Service Advisor or Automotive Warranty experience? We'll put a $3000 signing bonus in your pocket in exchange for 3 years of commitment!)

Ability to work Full-Time hours (Monday to Friday from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm)

Valid Nova Scotia's Driver's License and acceptable Driving Record

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Experience with Dealership Management Systems is considered an asset

A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service
