The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for delivering excellent patient care, leading the pharmacy team, and ensuring efficient daily operations. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to balance pharmacy practice with business performance.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice on prescriptions, OTC products, and health services.
• Lead and manage pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Plan and support clinics, demos, and wellness events with store leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, and professional standards.
• Maintain accurate, efficient dispensing operations and strong customer service.
• Contribute to financial performance and overall store growth.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy license in Ontario.
• Experience with retail pharmacy systems (e.g., Nexxsys).
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• COVID vaccination (2 doses) required.

Role Details

• Type: Permanent
• Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–10:00 PM (varied schedule)
• Pay: $65–$70/hour + $15,000 over 2 years
