As we expand into the resort and hospitality space, we’re seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager ready to grow into a Director of Sales role and help shape the future of both our education and hospitality divisions.
The Opportunity
This is a leadership role for an ambitious, experienced sales professional who thrives in high-performance environments. You’ll oversee a talented team selling high-ticket real estate and lifestyle programs, implement proven systems to drive growth, and prepare to lead our sales expansion into luxury hospitality and resort experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Leaders and Closers to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain a high-performance culture centered on accountability, growth, and excellence.
- Identify and develop emerging leaders within the sales organization.
- Create and execute leadership development initiatives to prepare team members for advancement.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Oversee the full sales cycle for high-ticket real estate training and community programs.Optimize systems, scripts, and processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment between lead generation and sales objectives.Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics to drive continuous improvement.Hospitality & Resort Division Growth
Partner with executive leadership to design and execute sales strategies for the company’s expansion into resort and hospitality experiences.Adapt high-ticket sales models to fit experiential and property-based offerings.Build foundational systems and team structures for the hospitality sales division.Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in high-ticket environments (real estate, coaching, or investment training strongly preferred).Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals through effective leadership and systemization.Strong understanding of online and phone-based sales processes and CRM platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar).Background or keen interest in hospitality, luxury travel, or resort sales is a plus.Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic organization.Compensation & Career Growth
