Job description

CONDITIONS

Schedule : 5 days a week from Sunday to Thursday : 4h30 PM to 1h00 AM

Work Model : On site

Salary : From $27.92 to $41.00 / hour

Evening premium : $1 / hour

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan, organize, and supervise the evening shift team’s operations to optimize resources and activities.
  • Provide guidance to employees by ensuring their training, addressing their questions, evaluating their performance, and ensuring adherence to established work methods and rules.
  • Participate in daily operations as needed while ensuring the safety of workers and the cleanliness of the premises.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes by identifying opportunities, writing procedures, and supporting the implementation of new tools or systems.

  • High school diploma.
  • Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience in a distribution center.
  • Team management experience : an asset.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
  • Comfortable with computers.
  • Autonomous, conscientious, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Good physical condition.
  • Resourceful and able to handle unforeseen situations.
