The team needs to fill a senior Business Analyst (BA) / Story Writer role,

• The position is system-focused, not purely business-focused.
• Location requirement : Must be in Halifax or able to relocate there.
• The role is on-site, with a requirement of four days a week in the office.
• Skills needed (Top 5) :
• Jira : Including acceptance criteria, test cases, use cases, and functional requirements.
• Functional requirements (not business requirements).
• Confluence.
• Process flows and diagrams.
• Must be proficient in documentation (samples required during interview).
• Additional consideration for professional work ethics and strong communication skills, explicitly to be noted in the job description.
• SQL and data analysis were briefly mentioned but not listed as required.
