Qualifications & Core Competencies :
High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent1-5 years of experience in a clinical or similar environmentCurrent enrolment or graduation from a college diploma program in a related field an assetExcellent customer service skills and telephone etiquetteHigh degree of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-taskA “self-starter” with an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to hit the ground running in a busy and fast-paced working environmentStrong computer and data entry skills preferably in MS Office -Word & ExcelNew Graduates are welcome to applyPrimary Responsibilities :
Creating an environment that is welcoming and warm to the patientsDealing effectively with customer and patient inquiries as well as complaintsManagement of reception areaMaintaining Accounts ReceivableAccurately entering incoming payment and monthly deposit reconciliationEnsuring timely entry, accuracy and completeness of all patient data in the Lifemark Patient System including intake, assessment and discharge informationTimely submission of forms to insurance companies and stakeholdersExpense and petty cash processing and controlObtain and promote GMB reviews and coach staff on the sameAccounting controls and reportingManage payroll, including accuracy, communications and meeting deadlinesClinic office management & administrationAdherence to all company protocolsInclusion
