Role Description :
Employ effective validation techniques (e. , documentation reviews, product demos) to ensure solution alignment with requirements.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog through iterative refinement sessions.
- Facilitate collaborative decision-making, navigating competing priorities and trade-offs.
- Provide ongoing support and clarification to development and testing teams.
- Assist with business testing activities (optional).
- Establish and continuously improve robust Business Analysis and Requirements Management processes.
- Integrate Agile delivery principles seamlessly within the team’s workflow.
- Maintain a holistic view of the product ecosystem, considering business objectives, needs, and plans.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and dependencies impacting delivery timelines.
- Conduct engaging customer show-and-tell sessions to showcase completed functionalities.

Essential Skills :
Product Owner7-10 years of experience in product ownership or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing product backlogs and driving project delivery in an agile environment (e. , Scrum, SAFe).Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.Strong understanding of business process modeling techniques.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured product documentation.Superior time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant collaboration toolsDesirable Skills :
