- As the Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Outside Sales Managers with the administration for all new Refuse Equipment orders and business as well as ensuring that all documentation pertaining to customer requirements are recorded and completed within required timelines.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS :
Education / Certification :
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline required
- Valid Driver’s license with clear driver’s abstract
Experience :
- 2+ years’ experience in a sales or accounting position or a related administrative role
- Experience with accounting software and / or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and the possess the aptitude to learn new systems
- Advanced experience using MS Office Suite, with a focus on Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience working with end-to-end sales process, considered an asset
- Mechanical aptitude or previous exposure to a heavy equipment work environment is an asset
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Create and finalize sales invoices in IntelliDealer
- Ensure equipment receiving documentation is received from the branches and updated
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure unit moves are properly documented
- Coordinate with customers to obtain all required documents for plating and ownership transfers etc.

- Provide timely quotations as directed by Regional Sales Managers and Team Lead ensuring cost sheet accuracy
- Utilize CRM application for filing documents and tracking customer and sales history
- Ensure CRM database is continually updated with current and relevant information
- Liaise between Sales and Service departments to ensure timely and efficient processes
- Collaborate with Logistics department to coordinate Freight traffic as required
- Assist RSM’s through sales process as required and follow up as necessary
- Register manufacturer warranties as required
- Prepare units for delivery as required
- Assist with all month end sales processes
- Participate in regular team meetings
- Provide back- up support to the Team Lead with the full sales cycle process
- Provide general administrative support as required for various team members
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
