- Develop and perform implementation activities for projects
- Perform Quality Assurance activities including identifying and submitting network design issues to Engineering
- Participate in Follow-the-Sun (FTS) on-call rotation
- Primary contact for vendor TAC in support of operational problems
- Develop and maintain Technical Support process and deliverables
- Develop and maintain process for hand-over of technology and service to Operations
- Develop and maintain Network Service Support Models
- Develop and maintain Operations Practices
- Develop and maintain workflow automation

Technical Skill
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Telecom Networking related experience with specialties in supporting one or more areas :
- Medium to large enterprise networking infrastructure / services.
- Core Networking Technologies - Routing, Switching,
- TCP / IP, Wireless LAN
- Transport technologies MPLS, Frame Relay, VSAT, Leased lines, campus cabling
- Network Security Remote Access Technologies, IPSec
- Voice Service technologies; PBX, VMX, Call Center-IVR, Cisco IP Telephony, Microsoft LYNC Data Centre Services Application Accelerator, Load Balancer
- Routing Protocols BGP, ISIS, EIGRP Vendor familiarization Cisco, Juniper, F5
