Senior Business Analyst

What you must have :

Post-secondary degree in business, information technology, or related field

10 years of experience as a business Analyst with at least 5 years’ experience as the lead business analyst on major IT or business technology transformations

BABOK (or equivalent) certification is an asset

Experience building RFPs and supporting requirements for large enterprise systems

Experience directing and managing the work of other business analysts

Exceptional communication skills across a range of forums and channels and with senior level stakeholders

Exceptional documentation and presentation skills

Understanding of agile concepts and demonstrated experience applying same

Experience identifying and implementing business analysis best practices withing organizations

Demonstrated experience with large ERP system implementations / replacements

Experience in highly regulated industries / financial services; experience in the insurance industry would be considered an asset
