PositionOverview :

Weare currently seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will have 34 years of handson experiencein HR particularly in hiring candidate profiling screeningconducting interviews and managing the entire recruitment process.

Additionally the candidate should possess strong skills in socialmedia management customer service business development andexperience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management)systems.

Responsibilities :

• Managethe endtoend recruitment process from sourcing and screeningcandidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiringprocess.
• Developand maintain candidate pipelines through various channels includingjob boards social media platforms and networkingevents.
• Utilizesocial media platforms to build brand awareness engage withpotential candidates and promote jobopportunities.
• Conductcandidate profiling and assessments to ensure alignment with clientrequirements and companyculture.
• Coordinateand schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managersensuring a smooth and efficientprocess.
• Provideexceptional customer service to both clients and candidatesaddressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly andprofessionally.
• UtilizeCRM systems to track candidate interactions manage clientrelationships and streamline recruitmentprocesses.
• Collaboratewith the business development team to identify new opportunitiesand expand clientrelationships.
• Stayupdated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HRcontinually seeking opportunities for improvement andinnovation.

Qualifications :

• Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
• 34years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment andstaffing.
• Proventrack record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent fordiverseroles.
• Strongunderstanding of social media platforms and their role inrecruitment and brandbuilding.
• Experiencewith CRM systems preferably in a recruitment or HRcontext.
• Excellentcommunication interpersonal and organizationalskills.
• Abilityto thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedrivenenvironment.
• Demonstratedcustomer service orientation and problemsolvingabilities.
• Experiencein business development or sales is aplus.
