Areyou an experienced HR leader passionate about drivingorganizational excellence through people Our esteemed firm isactively seeking a VP of Human Resources to join our clientsexecutive team.

This role is pivotal in cultivating theirinnovative and inclusive culture aligning HR strategies withbusiness objectives and promoting talent development across theorganization.

About theRole :

As the VP of Human Resources you will leadthe HR department developing and executing human resource strategyin support of the overall business plan and strategic direction ofthe organization.

Areas of focus include succession planning talentmanagement change management organizational and performancemanagement training and development and compensation.

The VP of HRprovides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans tothe executive management team shareholders and the board ofdirectors.

KeyResponsibilities :

Develop and implement HRstrategies and initiatives aligned with the overall businessstrategy.

Bridge management and employeerelations by addressing demands grievances or otherissues.

Manage the recruitment and selectionprocess.

Support current and future businessneeds through the development engagement motivation andpreservation of human capital.

Oversee andmanage a performance appraisal system that drives highperformance.

Maintain pay plan and benefitsprogram.

Assess training needs to apply andmonitor training programs.

Ensure legalcompliance throughout human resourcemanagement.

Qualifications :

Proven working experience as VP of HR HR Director or otherexecutive HR role.

Ability to architect strategyalong with leadership skills.

Excellent activelistening negotiation and presentation skills.

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonalrelationships at all levels of the company.

Indepth knowledge of labor law and HR bestpractices.

Degree in Human Resources or relatedfield; Masters degree preferred.
