Were looking for an Fulltime Contract Intensive Case Manager to join our team!

Reporting to the Program Manager Outreach the Intensive Case Manager will provide case management supports to the homeless population in Peel Region in particular identifying people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and engaging them in services that support their challenges with mental illness or mental health and substance use.

Status : Fulltime Contract until January 2027 37.5 hours per week. Availability between 8am-9pm Monday-Friday occasional weekend shifts between 8am-8pm.

Salary : $61201.01 - $72001.19 annually. (Candidate qualifications will be considered when determining the starting salary)

Location : This position is based out of our 60 West Drive Brampton office. Due to the nature of this program this role is on-site and / or community based.
