We are looking for a Log Yard Supervisor  to join our Lavington Division located in Coldstream, British Columbia . Our Lavington Division is where Tolko’s story began over years ago. Today, at Lavington, we safely and sustainably produce million board feet of lumber per year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications :

• A strong commitment to safety, quality, lumber recovery, and production efficiency.
• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience , preferably in a lumber manufacturing environment.
• Post-secondary education in forestry, sawmill business or industrial wood processing is considered an asset.
• A proven track record in leadership and safety performance .
• Strong  organizational, time management, interpersonal and communication skills .
• Superior computer skills.
