Elevate Recruitment and Staffing offers a base salary of $55,000-85,000 with unlimited earning potential through commissions and growth.

Job Description :

  • Gain market share with our client(s) by increasing headcount, revenue, and gross margins.
  • Meet with client Hiring Managers daily to develop lasting relationships.
  • Managing the client relationship, pre-sales, post-sales, and administrative assistance.
  • Establish relationships with client decision makers.
  • Secure new business opportunities.
  • Building a sales pipeline for the account(s).
  • Management of SLAs set by the client, and track and measure progress.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions.
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates.
  • Manage recruitment efforts against all new business opportunities generated.
  • Generate leads and opportunities through direct sales (cold calls), business meetings, relationship building and client events.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years in a recruitment Sales Development position or 5 years of recruitment experience.
  • Ability to develop and foster solid business relationships.
  • Proven experience working within a team and creating positive work environment and communication.
  • A track record of proactively developing relationships with new clients using a variety of methods, including cold calls, emails, referrals and networking.
  • A positive attitude and strong commitment to providing our clients and consultants' excellent service.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills that will enhance internal communication as well as delivering an above average presentation of candidates.
