Description Aviation Heavy Mechanic Coordiantor
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible to coordinate major inspections on aircrafts;
- Participate in all meetings related to the assigned major inspections;
- Have complete oversight of the full inspection work package and manage inspection flow;
- Review inspection work package and coordinate all requirements in regards to materials, parts, tooling and outside services;
- Identify and track milestones with Project Manager;
- Participate in problem solving and finding solutions;
- Assess all identified defects and provide information to rectify;
- Complete relevant technical documentation;
- Support purchasing when applicable;
- Review work pack, billing groups and invoices for accuracy;
- Responsible for all technical documentation and log releases;
- Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
- This position involves an evening shift Monday to Thursday
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED :
Valid M2 Transport Canada AME License;Minimum of five (5) years related experience in aircraft maintenance;Strong computer skills focused on Microsoft 365 programs;Possess a solid understanding of CAR's;Proven experience with planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance activities;Strong Customer service abilities;Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;Team player.EDUCATION :
Completed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer program or equivalentJob Requirements
