The Opportunity

Canada is one of our fastest growing Dechra subsidiaries in the world. As a primary function, this position will assume responsibility for all aspects related to our new retail product division, which includes project management related to the product line and all procurement level responsibilities including shipping.

Role Responsibility

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied scope and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

• Management of customer orders in our Oracle system and on the Amazon platform for our retail products.
• Coordinated changes and the introduction of new products into the retail product portfolio.
• Coordination of local and international shipments for retail products.
• Creation of monthly Oracle and other reports, monthly reconciliation of retail product inventory
• Track commercial purchase orders and maintain and adjust sales forecast files according to demand.
• Management of sample orders for all products.
• Management of inventories to be destroyed in Oracle
• Primary contact for our team for questions about inventory
• Management of all returns in Oracle
• Travel - 15-20%

Miscellaneous projects (20%)

• Updating SDS
• Updating our customs documents following our Crane Audit
• Other projects

Responsabilités

• La gestion des commandes clients dans notre system Oracle et sur la plateforme Amazon pour nos produits au détail.
• Coordonnée les changements et l’introduction de nouveaux produits dans le portfolio de produits au détail.
• Coordination des expéditions locales et Internationales pour les produits au détail.
• Création des rapports mensuels Oracle et autres, faire la réconciliation mensuelle de l’inventaire des produits au détail
• Faire le suivi des bons de commande commerciales et maintenir à jour et ajuster les fichiers de prévision de vente selon la demande.
• Gestion des commande échantillons de tous les produits.
• Gestion des inventaires à être détruit dans Oracle
• Contact principale pour notre équipe pour des questions au sujets de l’inventaire
• Gestion de tous les retours en Oracle
• Déplacements – 15 % à 20 %

Projets divers (20%)

• Mise a jour des SDS
• Mise a jour des nos documents douanier suite a notre Audit de Crane
• Autres projets

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Bilingual person preferred– English and French
• 3--5 years of work experience in the veterinary retail environment
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems (Oracle preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software, Excel, Word, PPT
• Knowledge of product management on Amazon an asset
• Analytical, detailed and precise thinking
• Organizational skills

• Experience in the pharmaceutical field, an asset

Candidat idéal

• Baccalauréat de préférence
• Personne bilingue, de préférence – anglais et français
• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience de travail dans le secteur de la vente au détail de produits vétérinaires
• Expérience des systèmes de planification des ressources d’entreprise (Oracle de préférence)
• Excellente connaissance des logiciels Microsoft, Excel, Word, PPT
• Connaissance au niveau gestion de produit sur Amazon un atout
• Pensée analytique, détaillée et précise

• Expérience logistiques international préférer
