Position Overview Reporting to the Senior Director, ERP & Enterprise Applications, the IT Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, technical proficiency, and business acumen to drive impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities · Lead end-to-end management of multiple IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.· Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, and deliverables aligned with business goals.· Manage vendors from contract signing through warranty period.· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.· Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.· Track progress and key performance indicators; provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.· Foster transparent communication and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.· Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement.· Develop change management and communication plans for all projects.· Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.· Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and project management methodologies. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.· 7+ years of IT project management experience, with a proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.· Experience developing strategic plans, business cases, and project charters.· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.· Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; able to bridge technical and non-technical groups.· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.· Business acumen in project planning and management.· Experience managing software projects and ERP implementations is highly desirable.· PMP certification is highly desirable.· Successful candidates must pass a background check.
