Experienced Nanny Wanted for 2 Children

My husband is thinking about going back to work in the New Year... So we might be looking for a nanny to come watch pur 18mo dayghter in our home during the days while I work from home and then both her and her 6yr brother for a few hours after school.. until I finish work.

At 18months, Alyssia is showing some mild signs of autism / speech delay but on a wait list for assessment and diagnosis. So we're not looking to put her in a daycare if she's not speaking.
