Job Description

Our multinational banking client is seeking a VP of Credit Administration to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with leading of a team of credit analysts and overseeing the analysis and assessment of customers and ensuring compliance with conditions, including reviewing documentation and collateral.

This is a hybrid position, located in Downtown Toronto.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Monitor and control various credit application, review schedules, and procedures.
Oversee daily work of the team and manage workflow.
Analyze financial performance and compile credit application and reviews.
Respond to relevant Credit Department’s pre-approved requests by investigating and assessing validity.
Review and amend policy and procedure manuals as required.

QUALIFICATIONS :

8-10 years of progressive experience in a similar position.3-5 years of experience in supervising and managing a team of credit analysts.

Bachelor Degree in a related area (i.e. Business, Commerce, Accounting or equivalent).

Strong communication skills.
