Job Description
Our multinational banking client is seeking a VP of Credit Administration to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with leading of a team of credit analysts and overseeing the analysis and assessment of customers and ensuring compliance with conditions, including reviewing documentation and collateral.
This is a hybrid position, located in Downtown Toronto.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Monitor and control various credit application, review schedules, and procedures.
- Oversee daily work of the team and manage workflow.
- Analyze financial performance and compile credit application and reviews.
- Respond to relevant Credit Department’s pre-approved requests by investigating and assessing validity.
- Review and amend policy and procedure manuals as required.
QUALIFICATIONS :
8-10 years of progressive experience in a similar position.3-5 years of experience in supervising and managing a team of credit analysts.Bachelor Degree in a related area (i.e. Business, Commerce, Accounting or equivalent).Strong communication skills.
