The Business Intelligence Specialist is responsible for development, implementation, configuration, and administration of the technical and operational solutions for our business intelligence systems and platforms. This role effectively resolves gaps discovered within day‑to‑day business operations to ensure operational efficiency. Aspects of the position are knowledge transfer, training, facilitation, communication, and continuous improvement of service delivery provided by the Information & Reporting team. Key duties include the execution of security administration, migration and scheduling of BI reports, and provide timely assessment, assignment and coordination of service requests from the corporate business units.
