Tasks
- Answering customer questions (owners and manufacturing workshops) in accordance with the warranty service policy.
- Utilizing expertise during service calls to assess issues.
- Travelling on-site when necessary to evaluate situations (taking photos, writing reports, etc.).
- Use your technical expertise to assess the situation and propose solutions.
- Drafting reports on findings for the warranty service team.
- Performing on-site repairs at the client locations when possible.
- Process purchase orders and manage stock.
- Assisting colleagues in the warehouse, including loading trucks as needed.
- Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- Willing to travel for one week to Toronto for training.
- Knowledge of surface materials such as granite, quartz, marble, and stainless steel.
- At least one year of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Bilingual French-English(oral and written).
- Comfortable in a computerized environment.
- Access to a car, valid driver’s licence.
- Available for travel in the Montréal, Québec, and Ottawa regions as needed.
- Knowledge of the architecture, design, and construction materials field (a significant asset).
