Position Title : Medical LaboratoryTechnologist (Three Week Contract)

CCNMis currently seeking an organized and customer service oriented individual forthe temporary contract position of MedicalLaboratory Technologist to work from Friday November 7 to Friday November 282025.

Thisposition will be responsible for support of the in-house laboratory at theSchad Naturopathic Clinic and the LifeLabs Specimen Collection Centre. This position will also process lab testsaccurately maintain the laboratories in the utmost sanitary condition paymentsand help teach relevant lab skills to the student interns at the CanadianCollege of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM).

Reportingto the Director Clinic Operations this position will be responsible for Student Intern Instruction and Evaluationwhich includes teaching observing evaluating students while they preform phlebotomyin the lab. The Medical Laboratory Technologist will be an on-site resource forthe lab for both students and supervisors and ensure all required protocols andprocedures are followed and the lab is cleaned and maintained to standards.

Please notethis is position is required to be on-site Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 AMto 4 : 30 PM

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Degree / diploma / certificationfrom a recognized program in Medical Laboratory Science
• Current registration andmember in good standing with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists ofOntario (CMLTO)
• Minimum of 2 years postcertification experience in phlebotomy specimen preparation & processing
• Proficiency and interest inteaching
• Experience in organizingand managing lab inventory
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively both orally and in writing- with individuals at alllevels within the organization
• Demonstrablecomputer skills including Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizationtime management analytical and research skills
• Tact discretion andability to exercise professional judgment in a highly confidential

The base rate of this position is$30.03.
