Lead Technical Advisor & Regional Supervisor

A multi-branch and safety accredited construction and service organization specializing in refrigeration and HVAC applications is immediately hiring an experienced hands on 313A Licensed Lead Technical Advisor & Regional Supervisor to manage and mentor their team of field Refrigeration Service Technicians and service refrigeration racks and equipment in the Halifax NS and surrounding area.

As a hands-on Lead Technical Advisor & Regional Supervisor your time will be spent between overseeing training mentoring and coaching a team of Field HVAC / R Technicians conducting site visits for quality control overseeing refrigeration and commercial projects and installing and servicing refrigeration racks coolers freezers display units chillers RTUs etc.

LEAD HVAC / R TECHNCIAL ADVISOR & REGIONAL SUPEVISOR JOB REQUIREMENTS

The successfully hired HVAC / R Field Supervisor must complete a pre-employment background check (Criminal Driving Security Clearance).

SHIFT : Days 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm (Monday - Friday).Time and a half for any work performed outside business hours. Oncall : 1 week / 7-8 weeks.
