Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent at Azimuth Builders Ltd. The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets, and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction project management, scheduling, and budgeting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial construction is a plus
- Degree in Construction Management or related field
