Exciting Opportunity : Operator 1 – Cannabis Production
Join our dynamic production team and play a key role in cannabis processing. Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, the Operator 1 ensures safe, accurate, and efficient execution of labelers and some semi‑automated equipment in compliance with cGMP standards. This hands‑on role supports daily production activities, equipment operation, and quality control in a fast‑paced environment.
Work Location : Kelowna Valens Agritech Facility
What You’ll Be Doing
- Review batch records and identify necessary equipment and raw materials
- Verify ingredient codes and quantities match batch instructions
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality
- Clean and set up equipment between batches
- Perform sampling for lab analysis and update logbooks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and cGMP requirements
- Collaborate with the Shift Supervisor to meet real‑time production goals
- Support general housekeeping and equipment storage activities
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
