Exciting Opportunity : Operator 1 – Cannabis Production

Join our dynamic production team and play a key role in cannabis processing. Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, the Operator 1 ensures safe, accurate, and efficient execution of labelers and some semi‑automated equipment in compliance with cGMP standards. This hands‑on role supports daily production activities, equipment operation, and quality control in a fast‑paced environment.

Work Location : Kelowna Valens Agritech Facility

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review batch records and identify necessary equipment and raw materials
• Verify ingredient codes and quantities match batch instructions
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality
• Clean and set up equipment between batches
• Perform sampling for lab analysis and update logbooks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and cGMP requirements
• Collaborate with the Shift Supervisor to meet real‑time production goals
• Support general housekeeping and equipment storage activities
• Perform other related duties as assigned
