Responsibilities :
- Provide immediate service and deliver efficient, accurate service to members in a professional and friendly manner
- Strive to exceed service standards while working in a team service environment
- Demonstrate knowledge of all menu offerings and be confident in recommendations and suggested add-ons
- Ensure all opening, closing, and shift changeover duties are completed daily
- Complete additional duties to ensure the next shift is setup for success
- Ensures compliance with all Glencoe Health and Safety standards and the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations
Qualifications :
A minimum of 1-year serving experience preferred, and golf knowledge is considered an assetStrong interpersonal, communication and organizational skillsMust have energetic, enthusiastic, and positive attitudeProven track record of creating exceptional experiencesStandard First Aid & CPR-C Certification is considered an assetReliable transportation is required as there is no public transportation to our locationWhy choose us :

These are full time and part time positions that report to the Restaurant & Outlets Manager. The successful candidate may be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace online certification prior to commencing employment.
