Responsibilities
Manage Planview cloud system as super user
Coordinate team for Planview operational support, including vendor managed services
Provide 2nd-line support and ensure smooth project operations
Collaborate with Product Owner on stakeholder needs and prioritization
Maintain proactive, customer-oriented approach within / outside GPMO
Prioritize daily user requests and questions
Handle system functional issues, track and communicate with stakeholders
Advise on application usage and features
Assess user impact and make recommendations
Analyze problems and escalate to iA IT or external vendor when needed
Lead regression testing for monthly updates and new features
Monitor solution progress and validate results with colleagues
Develop target processes, impact analyses, and prototypes
Create internal user training materials
Handle simple to complex system management cases
Contribute to continuous process improvement
Required Profile
University degree in Administration, IT, or relevant field
5+ years relevant experience, including 3+ years as system administrator
Excellent French and English skills (written / oral) for Canada-wide collaboration
Planview portfolio management system knowledge (major asset)
Project management knowledge (asset)
Financial services knowledge (asset)
