POSITION DESCRIPTION :

The LUMIA residence is fortunate to welcome clients who are independent or experiencing a loss of autonomy. It offers a warm and friendly atmosphere where we feel at home. Schedule : Full-time, daytime, every other weekend

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • all other related tasks

Construction

  • Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
  • Make service calls
  • Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
  • Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

    • EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
