SUMMARY

The Treasury Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the treasury operations of Doman.  This position is responsible for assisting with cash management, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with treasury policies. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the Treasury Administrator will ensure efficient handling of treasury functions and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.

EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Prepare daily cash movements, including bank transfers, disbursements, and / or tracking any cash movements
  • Managing the Company’s bank accounts, including working with various banks to monitor access rights, signing authorities, and initiating any set-ups or cancelling of bank accounts, as necessary.
  • Working closely with AP to review, approve, and release any electronic disbursements
  • Support cross-border cash transactions within the corporate group, including documentation of intercompany loans.
  • Monitor cash investment activities.
  • Review monthly interest charge calculations.
  • Support with miscellaneous reports.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Minimum one year of corporate treasury experience.
  • Understanding and experience in treasury accounting including liquidity, cash flow and foreign exchange.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work as a team and across functions within the organization.
  • Highly proficient at Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word and excellent data manipulation and variance analysis skills.
  • EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Post-secondary education in financial management preferred

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • The typical hiring range for this position is $52,000 - $60,000 annually. The base pay offered is based on geographical location and may vary depending on the applicant’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Similar positions located in other geographical locations may not necessarily receive the same salary range. The compensation information is an estimate and provided to meet with applicable provincial Pay Transparency legislation.
