Job description

Fonctions Essentielles :
  • Identifier, prospecter et conclure de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires avec des clients existants et potentiels
  • Développer et exécuter des stratégies de vente territoriales pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de revenus
  • Analyser les tendances du marché et les besoins des clients pour positionner efficacement les produits et détecter les opportunités de croissance
  • Gérer le cycle de vente complet, de la prospection à la négociation et à la conclusion des ventes
  • Préparer et présenter des propositions et solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients
  • Déplacements réguliers à travers le Québec et les provinces voisines pour rencontrer les clients, participer à des événements et renforcer les partenariats
  • Développer et maintenir des relations solides et durables avec les clients, distributeurs et partenaires OEM
  • Assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients tout en favorisant les ventes répétées
  • Représenter l’entreprise lors de salons, événements et forums industriels
  • Fournir des rapports précis sur la performance commerciale, les tendances du marché et les activités de développement
  • Collaborer avec les équipes marketing, opérationnelles et produits pour aligner les initiatives de développement commercial aux objectifs de l’entreprise
Ce que nous cherchons :
  • 5+ années d’expérience en ventes externes ou développement d’affaires, idéalement dans le secteur industriel ou la distribution
  • Bilingue français/anglais, avec une excellente aisance à l’oral et à l’écrit
  • Expérience démontrée dans l’atteinte et le dépassement des objectifs commerciaux
  • Excellentes compétences en B2B, négociation et présentation
  • Capacité à gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vente, de la prospection à la conclusion
  • Permis de conduire valide et bon dossier de conduite

Essential Functions
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to effectively position products and uncover growth opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Travel regularly across Quebec and neighboring provinces to meet clients, attend industry events, and strengthen partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and OEM partners
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry forums
  • Provide accurate reporting on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business development initiatives with company objectives
What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of outside sales or business development experience, ideally in industrial products or distribution
  • Bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong B2B, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
