Job Type : Full-Time, between 30 and 60 hours per week, depending on the workload (we guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week)

Physical Job Location : Unit 16-91 Golden Dr., Coquitlam, BC V3K 6R2 (main location), a variety of locations across BC, Alberta and the Western US states.

Vacation : 4% of wage

Start date of employment : As soon as possible

To maintain our operational needs, we are currently looking for an experienced, motivated Truck Driver who will join our team.

The position requires operating 7-ton moving trucks with a 20-foot trailer behind.

Responsibilities

• Operate a truck between locations across Canada and the US as per the customer requirements;
• Conduct pre- and post-truck inspections to ensure that all safety requirements are met;
• Pack, physically load and unload furniture in a proper and secure way into the truck;
• Keep all records of deliveries, working hours and required documentation;
• Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and dispatchers regarding the delivery process and all possible issues that occur;
• Adhere to all transportation regulations;
• Perform similar duties as assigned, assisting clients with their needs during transportation.
