Our client is looking for a Warehouse Manager in Moncton, NB. As the Warehouse Manager would provide overall leadership and oversight of warehouse operations, directing and supervising all warehouse personnel while ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, and quality standards, to consistently meet or exceed shareholder and business requirements. What You’ll Do
Oversee daily warehouse activities and provide direction to supervisory and frontline staff.Supervise, train, evaluate and coach warehouse employees.Identify and implement process improvements, including workflow, layout, and ERP optimization.Lead operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Apply and monitor the site’s pharmaceutical quality system and Standard Operating Procedures.Draft and maintain quality records such as deviations, change controls, and product quality complaints.Ensure accurate receiving documentation, quality checks, and proper handling of Chain of Signature (COS) shipments.Oversee order processing and inventory control for controlled substances and precursors.Assist with mandatory reporting to federal regulatory bodies, including losses / theft and monthly / annual sales reports.Ensure all controlled substance orders comply with applicable regulations.Uphold all responsibilities under the Occupational Health & Safety Act.Ensure employees receive proper training, PPE, and safe work instruction.Other duties as required.Who You Are
You bring at least 5 years of experience in warehouse or distribution management, ideally in a regulated or GMP‑compliant environment. This is required.You have post‑secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Operations) or equivalent experience.You understand Health Canada GMP Guidelines and temperature‑controlled distribution requirements.You’re an exceptional problem‑solver with strong organizational and time‑management skills.You communicate clearly, lead confidently, and build strong working relationships at all levels.You’re proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.You thrive in environments where accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence are essential.Bilingualism (English / French) is an asset.If this sounds like a fit for you, we invite you to apply today!
