Job descriptionA senior living residence seeks a Building Services Manager, Facility Maintenance Manager, Facilities Manager, Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and repairs. Perform general repairs, maintenance, and safety checks Oversee building systems (mechanical, electrical, fire safety) Maintain grounds and ensure security for residents and staff Manage supplies, equipment, and records Ensure compliance with safety regulations and risk management policies At least 3+ years of experience in maintenance Knowledge of repair trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) preferred Experience in healthcare / hospitality is an asset Budget management skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Lifting up to 50 lbs., frequent walking, kneeling, and working at heights Exposure to various weather conditions
