We're looking for a motivated, early-career professional to join our dynamic Data Engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills while working with cutting-edge cloud technologies, building data integration solutions for BI reporting, analytics, MDM, and application integration using Informatica IDMC and AWS-based platforms.
What You'll Do?
- Design, build, and deploy data integration pipelines in our AWS / Informatica Cloud environment
- Develop and maintain data applications and reusable frameworks under the guidance of senior team members
- Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle - from design through implementation
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using modern, cloud-based technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions
- Contribute to agile development practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Learn and grow through hands-on experience with enterprise-scale data systems
What You Need to Succeed?
Required :
2-5 years of experience developing data solutions using ETL tools (Prefer Informatica ETL Tool) or data integration platformsStrong SQL skills - comfortable writing queries and working with relational databasesExperience creating data transformations and working with data pipelinesUnderstanding of data modeling concepts and data structuresAnalytical mindset with problem-solving abilitiesEagerness to learn new technologies and grow your technical expertiseStrong collaboration skills and willingness to work in a team environmentAbility to work effectively in an Agile / SDLC environmentNice to Have Skills (We'll Help You Develop These!) :
Experience with Informatica Power Center , IDMC , or similar ETL platformsExposure to MDM solutions (matching, merging, data quality, cleansing, profiling)Experience with AWS cloud services, AWS Glue, Step Functions, Lambda FunctionsExperience or knowledge with Agentic AI and Agentic AI frameworks I.E OpenAI Agents SDK , CrewAI, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP , RAG, Vecto r Databases, ML, DL.Knowledge of production change management processesUnderstanding of data warehouse design principlesExperience or knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices for data engineering workflowsExperience or knowledge of Jenkins for automated build and deployment processesFamiliarity with version control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket for collaborative developmentExperience or knowledge of NoSQL technologies or platforms such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, DocumentDBExperience working with various data formats and storage technologies including AWS S3, Parquet, Avro, JSON, CSV, ORC, and XML for data ingestion, transformation, and storageWhat Makes This Role Great for Early-Career Professionals
