50 and $23.50 / hour depending on the position. Evening and weekend premiums may apply. We also offer a program to reimburse tuition fees.
Your role We offer numerous job opportunities at our Client Contact Centres located in downtown Montreal and in Sherbrooke.

When you join our team, your main responsibilities will be to : Take calls from clientsAssess their banking and financial needsGuide them towards the most suitable solutionYour scheduleYour work schedule is variable, and you’ll receive your schedule three weeks in advance.

You will start with your cohort among our teams in March with an in-person training program lasting 3 to 4 months. Your on-the-job training will focus on how to help clients over the phone, and you'll be supported by a trainer.
