Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac, QC for a Benefits Analyst. The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, conducting audits, and resolving employee benefits issues. The analyst will also support the development and implementation of new benefits plans, facilitate benefits education sessions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize benefits offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Benefits Analysis
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and auditing skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in benefits program development and implementation
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) are a plus
