Position Summary
The Manager, Document Control & Process Improvement is a member of the Events Operations team who will be responsible for the management of divisional documentation, job-specific training program creation and process improvement projects. This individual will support the development and implementation of document management systems, divisional training systems and related process improvement projects. This position will focus on document control and process improvement for both internal process and procedures, as well as external client facing content, standards templates and all other reference documentation.

Responsibilities
- Partners with managers and front-line supervisors to understand their documentation, training and process / procedure objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve document control processes, ensuring proper versioning, tracking, and access control for all divisional documents, leveraging technology and industry best practices.
- Implement and maintain a centralized document repository or document management system.
- Coordinate the review and approval processes for critical documents, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Develop and maintain metrics and reports related to document management activities, including document lifecycle, storage, and retrieval.
- Designs and develops engaging learning experiences (live, on-demand, blended, social)
- Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to translate their knowledge into effective learning experiences for employees
- Uses an array of tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, etc.) to produce training content that promotes learning through self-study, practice, and performance support
- Project Manager for several training programs and procedures engaging directly with stakeholders and departments.
- Develops and measures assessment methods to ensure learner comprehension and application of knowledge
- Ensures learning content is up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and Benevity's products
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be proactive, optimistic and have worked in a dynamic environment where they have experience delivering on multiple priorities and will hold the following qualifications :
Provide excellent guest service and consistently demonstrate professionalismExperience :3 to 5 years of experience in project management, training, and systems management
Post-secondary education specializing in project management, business administration, hospitalityProven track record of developing and successfully implementing document control, process improvement programs and training materials.Experience in course development and delivery using a variety of delivery methods.Exceptional consultation, presentation, and facilitation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively and build relationships at all levels in an organization.Experience in project management, building project timelines and execution.Ability to work across teams with all levels of employees from leadership to management, supervisors, and front-line employees.Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, Articulate 360, LMS Systems, Project Management SystemsBenefits
