Job Type : Permanent Full time [ 5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays]

Compensation : Base + Commission - Average annual salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000

Highly Rewarding Compensation structure : With a blend of both base salary and a commission structure, our ambitious Product Sales Specialists earn between $80,000 to $120,000 annually. Commission is uncapped! Our total compensation structure includes benefits & paid vacation plus store discounts!

Your Role as a Product Sales Specialist :

As a Product Sales Specialist, you’re highly motivated and skilled at working one-on-one with customers to provide them with an exceptional and engaging sales experience. From being the customer's first point of contact, you will work with them to uncover their wants and needs in a

premium brand spa - all the way to picking the perfect Jacuzzi for their backyard to exceptional after-sales service for many years to come. Your success is measured by your ability to excel in both a team and store-based environment as well as individual sales performance.

What we’re looking for in a Product Sales Specialist :

  • A proven track record of exceptional sales performance through consultative and relationship style selling
  • Intrinsically motivated; commitment and discipline to following up with customers through the buying cycle
  • Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to connect with people, providing them with sound advice and great recommendations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you are articulate when selling and can create an engaging conversation with customers
  • Highly ambitious; you see commission sales roles as a way to reward your ability to perform at a high level
  • Commission-sales experience; while not a mandatory requirement, sales experience and the willingness to grow your professional sales experience in our industry is a bonus
  • Passion; not only for the products and brands we sell, but also for providing world-class customer service to our customers
