What You’ll Be Doing :
Perform data entry using Sage 50 and QuickBooks.Manage client tax packages and handle e-filing with the CRA.Assist with accounts receivables, invoicing, and tax return filings.Handle client communications via phone and in-person.Manage the office’s email inbox and order supplies.Support the team with various administrative tasks.About You :
Be able to do the job as described.Familiar with Sage 50, QuickBooks, and Excel.Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment, especially during tax season.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Experience working in an accounting firm is a plus.How To Apply
