Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Server Engineer to analyse inventory data and propose actions, with the purpose of reducing software technical debt and reporting on progress.
Responsibilities :
- Perform software installs, removals and upgrades following ITIL change process
- Perform Operating system in place upgrades following ITIL change process
- Perform actions to the specifications laid out by Leads and Product Owners
- Perform troubleshooting and incident and problem management related to tech debt reduction and meet service level objectives
- Work with server owners to agree and schedule activities
